Damaged Product

In the unlikely event that one of your products arrives damaged from transit, please contact us at support@theworksbrands.com. We can replace your product.

Refunds

When a refund is issued, the funds are transferred back to the payment method that was originally used to purchase the product.  This transfer of funds can take a few days to show up, depending on what payment method was used for purchase.  We cannot issue a refund to a credit card or other payment method that was not involved in the original purchase.
